Independent Advocacy in Social Security

On 25th April MSPs will vote on Amendment 35 of the Social Security Bill. This allows The Scottish Government to regulate advocacy services. We believe this would affect the independent nature of advocacy and be a conflict of interests. To oppose the amendment you can contact your MSP and ask that as your representative in Parliament they vote against this amendment. You can do this by simply clicking here and popping in your details and constituency and an email will automatically be sent to your local MSP. Thanks in advance for your support.
