What is consultancy?

As an independent advocacy organisation established in 1992, The Advocacy Project has provided services across four local authority areas and two NHS boards.

This expertise means that the Project is well placed to provide assistance to other advocacy organisations or groups who require it. This could be in the initial development of a new organisation, or in working through the inevitable issues that arise in the provision of independent advocacy.

This assistance could take the form of telephone support, on-site consultation or work with a management committee or staff team.
