The Advocacy Project
The Advocacy Project enables vulnerable people to have a voice on the issues that are important to them. We provide independent advocacy for:
- People aged 65 and over residing in Glasgow.
- Disabled adults and older people living in East Renfrewshire.
- People aged 65 and over across South Lanarkshire.
- People with learning disabilities and/or communication support needs in North Lanarkshire.
- People affected by adult protection legislation in North Lanarkshire.
- People with mental health issues across South Lanarkshire.
- People with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health issues in the East End of Glasgow.
- People with learning disabilities and physical disabilities in Rutherglen and Cambuslang.
- Patients with a physical disability within the Southern General Hospital or accessing the Community Physical Disability Teams across Greater Glasgow.
