North Lanarkshire
In North
Lanarkshire we provide a
service to people with Learning
Disabilities and Communication Support Needs.
This service aims to give people a voice when decisions are being made about their lives. We do this by:
-
Supporting people to think about their options
-
Providing people with information to help them to make up their minds

-
Helping people to understand what is happening

-
Enabling people to be part of the process and to have a chance to speak up
We can help with issues about:

-
Health
-
Services people use
-
Social Work
-
Money

-
Where you live
-
Your community
-
Carers or supporters
Anyone can refer a person to the service by contacting the office using the address and numbers below.
-
that a person knows the referral is being made
-
