North Lanarkshire

In North Lanarkshire we provide a service to people with Learning Disabilities and Communication Support Needs. Stand up for your rights

This service aims to give people a voice when decisions are being made about their lives. We do this by:

  • Supporting people to think about their options

  • Providing people with information to help them to make up their mindsThe first person has the plan. The second person has agreed to it.

  • Helping people to understand what is happening

  • Enabling people to be part of the process and to have a chance to speak up
