Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 is taking place from 14th to 20th May.

This year the campaign, hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, is focusing on stress. According to studies, two thirds of us experience a mental health issue at some point throughout our lives, and stress is a key factor in this.

Stress can affect our day to day lives, and if we try and address it, we can go a long way to tackle other mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. The campaign looks at ways in which we can reduce stress and improve our mental health.
