Making a Referral
If you would like to make a referral for yourself or someone else please call our office number and ask for the duty worker. We have a duty worker in place between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. When the duty worker is busy another staff member will take a message and someone will get back in touch with you as soon as possible. If you are unsure whether the issue you are calling about is an advocacy issue, we will be happy to talk it through with you. In order to make a referral we will need basic information (including the person’s current location, date of birth and contact details)
Our duty worker can also take referrals for outreach and promotion for other agencies, residential care settings, hospital settings or information events. Please contact us with any queries
